Finance & Development Committee
Purpose: Oversee the development of the annual budget, quarterly financial reporting, develop and implement an annual fundraising plan
Communications & Website Committee
Purpose: To develop and maintain the website, newsletter, and membership platform as needed for convenience & ease of communication amongst members and leadership
Pollinator Pathways Committee
Purpose: To create and maintain pollinator habitat around the city and inspire people to embrace life-friendly gardening practices
Community Partnerships Committee
Purpose: To seek out multi-year partnerships with outside landowners, local government entities, etc. to make additional community garden sites possible in Watertown. Partnerships developed by this committee typically are confirmed via legally-binding contracts, MOU’s (Memorandum of Understanding) or leases
