NOTE LATER START TIME OF 9 AM, due to the season change.
We'll focus this session on planting! Fall is a great time to plant, and we have a lot of seedlings we want to get into the ground. Native plants help to keep invasive plants from spreading, and support our native ecology. As weather and time allows, we'll:
Cut and pull mugwort on the narrow strip along the white fence behind 66 Homer Ave.
Plant Little Bluestem grass, mountain mint and echinacea seedlings
Plant and care for dogwood shrubs, weeding and adding rabbit cages.
Steady rain or downpours will cancel!
Details:
